We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size issue (exchange only, if available)
Conditions
- Request must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Unboxing video is required for damage claims
Not Eligible
- Used or washed products
- Products bought on sale or discount (optional policy)
Refund
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchange is available only if stock is available.
